Built close to the job

WorkBookPro was built from real trade business problems.

Before WorkBookPro was software, it was a set of frustrations: scattered job records, unclear costs, slow quoting, missed invoices and margin that appeared too late.

Founder story

From field work to job-profit software.

James Lennon started in air conditioning before moving through project management, service management and business operations. The same patterns kept appearing: job details lived in too many places, office and field teams worked from different information, and actual profit was hard to see while the job was still active.

WorkBookPro was created to solve those practical problems for UK trades businesses. Its core idea is simple: keep the commercial and operational record of a job together so owners can protect margin.

WorkBookPro Ltd was incorporated on 13 May 2024. The company is young, but the product is shaped by direct trade experience rather than generic office software assumptions.
